Shipping

Domestic customers

• Terms are FOB Origin, Antigo, WI.
• We prefer that customers use their own carriers either with third-party billing or freight collect.
• We do not charge a fee for paperwork and handling.
• We do not ship FOB Destination unless specifically agreed. We can prepay and add freight if required. We will add a mark up to our cost.
• We do not provide copies of freight invoices billed to TSI unless agreed in advance.

International

• Terms are EXW or CIF depending on the type of transaction.
• Other INCO terms may be agreed to if the need arises.
• We can’t ship to destinations, persons or organizations prohibited by US export laws and regulations.
• We are unable to provide invoices showing values other than actual transaction value.
• We are unable to divert shipments to third countries.
• We prefer that customers use their own freight forwarder.
• We do not charge a fee for normal export documentation. If we deem the paperwork excessive and overly time consuming, we reserve the right to add a charge to final invoice.
• We can prepay and add freight if required. We will add a mark up to our cost.
• We do not provide copies of freight invoices billed to TSI Power unless agreed to in advance.
